Description:The following is report of the work done to develop an AEE Certified Energy Manager's program at James Madison University during the ISAT senior project/honors thesis work of Nicholas Stahl. The original intent of the project was to establish a partnership with the Association of Energy Engineers and have James Madison University be a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) testing location in which ISAT students could take the CEM exam by the end of the Spring 2013 semester. After talking with the AEE and analyzing the ISAT curriculum it was determined that adjustments to the curriculum were necessary to establish such a program.
