In a bid to save his life, the narrator moves from one point to another, together with other survivors hiding under debris, hoping to survive one more day. As he is scampering for safety from the Martian tentacles, he blazed the gun heads on. He rises from his hiding place with all his madness resulting from piled trauma and confronts a stationary fighting Machine.
