He once again became a teacher in the same University for a short spell. He currently teaches in Jamia Millia Islamia, Nerw Delhi.Dr Rahman's works included in different anthologies of critical studies are: ' Technique and Motif in Nissim Ezekiel's Three Plays', ' A Doll for the Child Prostitute: A poet's Tale' and ' some Notes on the Religious Poetry of Rumi and the Metaphysicals' besides others in various journals.Dr Rahman also writes poems in English. Some of the poems have been included in an anthology of young Indian poets writing in English today.
