The work of all divisions was so closely inter-related that it is difficult to point to a single achievement of any division which could have been effected without the closest cooperation and assistance from a number of Divisions which had charge of other phases of the activity.However, as we do not wish to write a history of the Food Administration as a whole, a task which has been left to other hands, we shall confine ourselves largely to a statement of the relation of the Distribution Divi sion to the main Food Administration program.
