Si los supletorios hoy se elijen por una voluntad presunta racional, ellos deben ser admi tidos sin la contingencia de una eleccion por un motivo legal: mas poderoso. Estas clausulas manifiestan la suma imparcialidad de los americanos, y que unicamente se pro ponen el bien general, y no e'l interes del individuo.
