Description:This is a 7 x 7 inch, double sided and hand bound Artist's book containing a removable spine - enabling an accordion fold-out 40-inch illustrated panorama. All illustration were created in watercolor and ink, sans:a Gocco print on banana papera silver-inked letterpress print on black paperand a giclee print on watercolor paper, as well as a hand bound-in excerpt from the artist's personal sketchbook. All books include an original signed sketch, all signed and lettered/numbered.This very unique publication was a collaboration between the artist and the publisher, Chance Press, whereas the publishing of the book is nothing short of a work of art in and of itself, constructed completely by hand and features boutique paper-backed bookcloth, papers from Moab, Canson, Arches, and Rives, and is printed using archival Epson Ultrachrome K3 inks. Because of the time and expense involved in producing each copy, the edition was strictly limited to 20 lettered copies, few numbered deluxe copies, plus some Artist's proofs.
