If the reading of this pamphlet does not bring the conviction that the great bulk of the Macedonian population is Bulgar, and therefore should be allowed to unite with their brothers of Free Bulgaria; will not the brief recital of cruel oppression practiced upon them by Greece and Servia arouse our holy indignation and make us insist before the Governments of America, France and England that Macedonia be created into a free and independent country, where the people can exercise their God-given right to mould their own destinies? The writer has been a witness and a participant in most of the events referred to in this booklet and could write his story without quoting anybody. However, not wishing to be criticized as partial to the country of his birth, he considered it prudent to quote authorities whom nobody can accuse of partiality.
