It is difficult to think habitually in terms of the new world order, but every article in this book has a vital message for all who desire to be citizens distinguished for public service and who wish to do their full part in making America a genuine democracy capable of world wide service.In pursuance of action taken at the Knoxville Congress, the Southern territory has been divided and the Southwestern Sociological Congress has been organized coordinate with the Southern Sociological Congress.
