He had a father from El Salvador and a mother from Texas and in looks and in height he favored his blond Texan mother which was why his name now was Mark Rafferty. Rafferty had been extremely useful to the drug lords in Orlando because he was a man who could travel in both worlds. His father had made sure the boy spoke Spanish but when he spoke English it was with the accent of a Texan and nobody ever realized he was anything else. Thus Mark Rafferty had been able to go to places others could not and he had also been able to deliver in areas others could not.
