The fantasy begins with the creation of Gizmo in the tool shed. Let the soft trade winds of the night air carry you along with Gizmo, and his friend Mortimer Frog, to discover a new magical world on the island. Your children will walk through this book with Gizmo, enjoying his adventures in meeting new friends. Gizmo is treated with love and kindness, but once he travels away from the island, he is an outcast. This learning experience is dealt with amazingly well by the tiny robucket.
