Description:I contracted COVID-19 in February 2020, and for the next fifteen months I slept an average of more than twelve hours a day. About eight weeks after I was fully vaccinated the sleepiness abated. I have thought a lot about sleep since then, and written about it, too; including "Team Enrollment" which was nominated for the Rhysling Award. So was "luddite's dream" from a few years before.This is not to suggest that sleep hasn't always been an important theme to me.
