Our identity has also been compromised by our employer. Our lives have been cut off because of the magnitude of thief which has occurred by our Employer's greed. The lies that they told weren't very good lies, they wouldn't hold up under scrutiny in a court of law. This is something we will never know because corruption is so prevalent. The judges are being influenced in back door deals; this has caused an infringement upon employees which is devastating and long lasting. Just knowing an employer is capable of lying on a person and their jobs are their only survival. There was no follow-up or investigation when Nadine was terminated, this is definitely unequal justice. With all the experiences my co-worker and I have experienced we learned that evidence doesn't mean a thing if you are not allowed to say or do anything in your own defense. I'm truly saddened by my experiences with regards to the highest level of the UAW and Ford Motor Company who did nothing to stop the Embezzlement, Fraud, Harassment, Retaliation, and the Discrimination which was allowed to progress against Nadine Waller and I. They didn't allow our grievances to move forward because they were the ones doing the discriminating. They knew they were never going to process the grievances we filed. Ford Motor Company, Woodhaven Stamping Plant, Local 387, and the UAW placed the grievances out of circulation someplace on a shelf for two years.
