Had the labours of Mr. Haynes gone no further, the Author would have felt grateful for the assistance, but in fact, Mr. Haynes, as the sheets passed through his hands, has identified himself with the Author, and examined into the law - has inserted additional authorities which had been inadvertently omitted, and corrected mistakes into which the Author had occasionally fallen. Moot points, also, as they arose have been freely discussed, and the reader has the benefit of the conclusions arrived at.
